- First-party payments: sending money to yourself, or between accounts of the same legal entity.
- Payments where the sender is an individual rather than a registered business.

- Pharmaceuticals and controlled substances
- Adult entertainment
- Counterfeit goods

- Deceptive or fraudulent financial services
